The crisis center offers these services: \nCrisis Call Team \nCriminal Justice Program \nEconomic Sustainability Program \nFoster Pet Program \nPurple Sneakers Program \nThis center also provides opportunities to help in the following ways: \nCrisis Call Intervention Specialists- Aid their advocacy team in fielding\nand responding to our crisis line. \nFoster Pet Families -Temporarily provide care and shelter to pets of families leaving domestic violence situations. \nOutreach and Programming Internships -Internship opportunities provide real world experience with non-profits while supporting a great cause. \nGET INVOLVED- They accept financial and in-kind donations to\nhelp support individuals and families in their\ntransition to life without domestic violence and/or sexual assault.

This role will also require mentorship to less experienced teammates to be able to better control workflows amongst the team as a whole.\nQualifications:\n1. A four (4) year Bachelor College Degree is required (CIDA accredited\npreferred)\, preferably in Interior Design\, Facility Management\, Project\nManagement\, or a related discipline.\n2. Experience: Eight to fifteen years in the field is preferred; Previous project\nmanagement experience; Three to five years of relevant (laboratory)\nexperience is preferred but not required.\n3. Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to create\, build upon\, nurture and\ncontinuously improve strong business relationships with all our business\npartners.\n4. Be able to professionally interact and communicate with all Clients\, External\nDisciplines\, Vendors and fellow Associates – both in verbal and written format\,\nto improve our delivery process.\n5.
