You will oversee the management of the\noffice to ensure everything is running smoothly and that our Compass office standards are\nbeing maintained. You will support a small roster of our customers with everything\nincluding understanding Compass\, training on our tools and programs\, assisting with\nmarketing requests\, and more. You are passionate about your customers\, delivering a\nworld-class experience\, and partnering with the rest of the agent experience team when\nsupport is needed.\nPlease note: this is a full-time in-office position in Carmel\, Indiana.\nAt Compass You Will:\n– Serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests\, managing mail distribution\,\nfacilitating in-office event setup\, and providing first-line support for office-related needs;\nresponsible for the overall appearance and organization of the office\, maintaining supply\ninventory\, and escalating facilities issues\n– Manage a small portfolio of customers directly by fielding questions and resolving issues\nvia phone calls\, emails\, and in-person meetings\n– Support the adoption of Compass technology and adjacent services by providing\ncustomers with 1:1 support\n– Partner with the National Onboarding team on facilitation of onboarding processes for\nnew customers\n– Provide basic marketing support by answering questions\, creating collateral from\ntemplates\, and being the liaison to marketing specialists for more complex support\nrequests\n– Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to champion questions\nand feedback on behalf of agents \n– Answer basic questions and troubleshoot issues related to technology/devices\,\nconference room hardware\, enterprise systems\, etc.\n– Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance as needed\, such as sales meeting preparation\,\ndata entry\, and office-wide communications\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n– 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service\, office management\, hospitality\, or\noperations\n– Previous experience in real estate is a plus\n– Previous experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk\, Salesforce\,\nConfluence) is a plus\n– Great listening skills\, connects well with others\, and is empathetic of the customer’s pain\npoints\n– A passion for creating community within a space; you encourage in-office interaction\,\nbonding\, and engagementStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\, allowing you to\nadapt and formulate solutions quickly\n– Strong verbal communication and presentation skills\n– Meticulous attention to detail\, highly organized\n– Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours\n– Ability to lift to 25 lbs\nPerks that You Need to Know About:\nParticipation in our incentive programs (which may include where eligible cash\, equity\, or\ncommissions).
