“Elevate” is this year’s theme. What does elevate mean to you, and how are you living it out right now?
Elevate to me means not being complacent. I am always trying to be better, learn more, motivate and help others.

When I was asked to be the 2022 Commencement Speaker at Indiana State University.
What empowerment advice would you give a woman who’s ready to take her next step?
Believe in yourself and the power of prayer.
Explain what motivates or grounds you when life or work feels challenging?
Failure is ok BUT use your failure as a steppingstone to walk into your purpose. God has given me a purpose in life and as long as I walk in His will, I know everything will work out.
What brings you the most joy or energy outside of your work?
Seeing how my 3 kids have all graduated from college and are great human beings.
