The Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) credential is a nationally recognized certification for professionals who provide administrative support in healthcare settings.
Career Pathway Navigator Program is designed to be an ‘on ramp’ to industry-recognized certifications, job placement, livable wages, guiding women into in-demand healthcare careers through:
- One-on-one career navigation and goal setting
- Access to training programs that lead to industry-recognized
certifications - Help identifying financial support for training (when eligible)
- Connections to employer partners who offer living-wage opportunities
- Ongoing encouragement and mentorship throughout the process
Where:
Training takes place with our network of trusted education and workforce partners, with support from the DFSI team.
Training is in person.
