Our staff, clients, and volunteers are the heart of DFSI, and your health and safety are paramount. As we continue to move forward, recommended health safety guidelines will continue to be strictly followed and we will continue to offer options to make staff, participants, and volunteers feel safe.  Dress for Success Indianapolis will continue to support women seeking employment with virtual training and professional attire available by delivery or curbside pickup. 

PLEASE NOTE: Donations are NOT currently being accepted.

We are currently seeing women for the following services:
  • Interview and New Job Clothing – women receive a complete outfit, plus bonus items, available through in-person boutique appointment or a no-contact EmpowHer Kit (curbside pickup). For appointments click here.
  • Virtual Workshops – upcoming live and recorded workshops on all aspects of looking for a job and other topics can be found here.
  • Individual Job Assistance – Women seeking help with job hunting can reach out by phone or email. Call 317-429-1106 or click here to email for an in-person or virtual appointment.
  • Success Coaching – for women who need individual help overcoming barriers to getting or keeping a job. Call 317-429-1108 or click here to email for an in-person or virtual appointment.

Ongoing Services
  • Professional Women’s Group – Women who are currently working have a great opportunity to network with other women and attend virtual sessions on matters that will help them not only cultivate a career but also help them move forward in their personal lives.
  • Resource Portal and Listings – A virtual portal of job-seeking resources, NextJob, has been made possible through Fifth Third Bank. Clients can access this portal from the Dress for Success Indianapolis website.
  • Mobile Services – We’ll arrange to bring our clothing and/or employment services to your agency location to serve your clients on-site. Or we’ll arrange to bring a group or your clients to our career center and boutique. For more information, email Candice Brisson.
