Dress for Success Indianapolis Announces Details About Stepping Out in Style 2021 Fashion Fundraiser
INDIANAPOLIS—On Friday, September 17, 2021, Dress for Success Indianapolis will present the 19th annual Stepping Out in Style fundraising event in downtown Indianapolis at the JW Marriott!
During a time when people, specifically women, have endured tremendous economic loss due to the pandemic, Dress for Success and a cast of powerful women will come together to raise critical funds to get women back to work.
Stepping Out in Style is a night of high fashion, great food, critical fundraising and loads of fun! The event includes a cocktail reception featuring Indy’s premier Diamond Dig sponsored by Aronstam Fine Jewelers and a Wine Pull sponsored by Bedel Financial Consulting, Inc., followed by dinner, fashion show featuring local boutiques, and an after party.
This year, Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch will chair the organization’s Pearl Society and model in the fashion show. Brandi Davis-Handy, Chief Public Relations Officer US Utilities, AES Corporation and Karen Mangia, VP, Customer & Market Insights Salesforce will chair the Executive Leadership Team. Ericka Flye, Corporate Communications Specialist Anthem and Cassi Vanderpool, Director of Administration/Chief Compliance Officer Bedel Financial will serve as the event’s Logistics Chairs.
Stepping Out in Style is the signature fundraiser for Dress for Success Indianapolis, a not-for-profit organization that assists women who are re-entering the workforce with career services including clothing and programs that help women secure and maintain employment. Suits for Success is one of the organization’s prominent programs which provides workwear to be utilized by women for job interviews and the workplace. To date, more than 17,000 women have been served through Dress for Success Indianapolis services and programs.
