At Dress for Success Indianapolis, we radiate empowerment, transforming lives and fostering economic independence within our community. Our 2023 infographic illuminates the remarkable impact we’ve achieved, resonating with stories of triumph and resilience.
Last year, we served 834 individuals, predominantly from disadvantaged backgrounds, showcasing our commitment to inclusivity. Our tailored services, including Style for Success and Career Development, ensure personalized support for each participant, fostering a holistic approach to empowerment.
Our outcomes speak volumes: 56% of our Professional Women’s Group members earned promotions, and 48 women secured full-time employment through our Career Development Center. These successes significantly impact women’s lives, with many attaining raises, promotions, and even embarking on entrepreneurial endeavors.
