your COVID-19 vaccination and/or flu shot in partnership with
IU Health.

WALK-IN – NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED
• COVID-19 VACCINATION FOR AGE 18+ (COVID-19 Pfizer and BioNTech (Comirnaty). If you
receive one dose of Comirnaty, you should receive a second dose of the same vaccine at
least 21 days later to complete the primary vaccination schedule.
• FLU SHOT FOR AGE 18+
• COVID Vaccination and Flu shot administered by Indiana University Health. No ID is required. No
Insurance Needed.
• Previous COVID-19 Vaccination is NOT Required (No vaccination card needed)
