Did you know you have to file a motion to expunge/seal your record with the court in the county where the evictions were filed to get rid of an eviction?
In this workshop, facilitated by Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic & Indiana Legal Service, participants will receive information on who is eligible for expungement and how the eviction sealing process works.
