How did you find out about Dress for Success Indianapolis?
I guess I was not sure about what to do with putting together a dressy outfit and I went to the search engine google and typed “women dress up” images to learn. Then Dress for Success website pops up and I was attracted to the website’s pictures and color by exploring the website and I learned that I might be eligible for the service provided.

How did we help you overcome those challenges?
I feel much ready for any occasion that requires a dress code to attend. For example, beginning of the semester, there was an orientation where required for business casual and the upcoming recruit season of fall job fair required for business formal suits to attend, and upcoming interviews require for interview outfits.
What has changed for you after visiting DFS Indianapolis?
The feeling of readiness and confidence helped me a lot in the season of job hunting. The right size and colors of clothes build my professional look and build my confidence to talk in front of people.
What advice would you give to another woman facing the same challenges as you?
When you have a need, don’t feel bad to receive some professional help and your current efforts to your next step or whatever takes you ready to succeed eventually you can use to give back to the community. Take away with thankfulness when you have a need and give back and serve the need with generosity and humility when you can.
