“Elevate” is this year’s theme. What does elevate mean to you, and how are you living it out right now?
Elevate means rising with purpose while helping others rise with me. I’m living it by staying authentic, embracing growth, and using my voice to create space for others.
Describe a moment when you stepped into a new level of confidence or growth?
I grew when I stopped waiting for permission and trusted that my experiences, perspective, and voice belonged in the room.
What empowerment advice would you give a woman who’s ready to take her next step?
Trust yourself. Take the step, even if you don’t feel completely ready. Confidence often meets us along the way.
Explain what motivates or grounds you when life or work feels challenging?
My faith grounds me. I remind myself that I don’t need to see the entire path—I just need enough light for the next step. (Psalms 119:105)
