The Professional Women’s Group is open to women who are employed and have an interest in getting ahead at work and in life. It provides the knowledge and support that will help you achieve success.
Success Coaching
Our Success Coach services help women connect to community resources that may be available to them when facing barriers to stable, sustainable employment. Success Coach services provide the support, personalization, and positive assistance to help you discover your own success.
Career Development Coaching
The Career Development Coaching (CDC) allows women to access resources to obtain sustainable employment, research careers and learn skills to job search effectively. The CDC gives clients an opportunity to access resources to help transform themselves for a future of self-sufficiency.

Clothing Drives
Would your business or organization like to collect items for us? We fulfill our mission with the help of generous supporters like you. More than 90% of the clothing we provide comes from donations, with 30% of that coming from clothing drives.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are crucial to the mission of DFSI. Our staff couldn’t possibly serve over 1,000 clients each year without volunteers like you donating their time and expertise!
