Be Proactive-don’t wait to be asked, be the first to raise your hand. A willingness to work hard, and learn along the way will open a lot of doors.
Most daring/brave thing you’ve ever done?
Make a career change after 15 years with the same organization. There is safety in what we know and making the change challenged me in big ways.
