This role offers competitive pay rate of $16 per hour and is ideal for candidates with leadership experience who are passionate about customer service and operations management.

Position Overview: As an Outlet Department Leader, the selected individual will be responsible for managing the operations of the Outlet department, ensuring the efficient processing of donated goods, supervising staff, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. This position plays a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers and driving the department success.

motivate, and develop staff.
• Customer Service Focus: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
