Ecosystem Enrichment session

Goodwill invites us to attend this month’s virtual Ecosystem Enrichment session on Thursday, October 24th, from 3 to 4:30 PM! This month’s session will be held virtually and will go over Trauma-Informed Service Delivery. This topic is about how trauma-informed service delivery and employment coaching involve understanding and recognizing the impact of trauma on individuals from underserved populations. It emphasizes creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel respected and empowered. By incorporating this approach, employment coaches can better address clients’ unique needs, helping them build resilience and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
